I'm developing a new algorithm for placement of macro- and/or standard-cells, 
and of course it should be tried out on benchmark-tests.

I have heard names like ami33, Xerox and DUNLOP0x etc., but can anybody
tell me where I can get the exact specification of such benchmarks ?
