	I am in trouble. My pc/xt hard disk went bad and with it the latest
	version of Minix (1.5.10 from net starting from 1.3). I am
	almost dreaming about doing it again, hence some questions.
	I tried to use the cdif(s) from plains.nodak.edu archive
	from directory /pub/Minix/updates/pc1.5/* (which seem to be
	copy of the information on sirius.ucs.adeleide.edu.au in
	directory /pub/minix/upgrades/1.5/*) which are supposed to
	be diffs with respect to 1.3 version. It does not work as the
	diffs are really mangled. I would like to know:

		1) Has anybody used them straight under Minix 1.3 and
		what was the result?

		2) Is there any other archive that has the diffs for
		1.5 version that can be applied to 1.3 code in a single
		step?
	
	Any help will be greatly appreciated.
