   A friend of mine gave me a database in Microsoft Works (version 2) format
that I would like to convert to dBase format.  Does anyone know of a utility
that can do such?  Works can save it to comma delimited text, which I can
then import to dBase, but I would prefer to avoid having to go through
all the steps.  Thanks for any help.
