I need some help.  I have received an Adobe Postscript Cartridge for a HP 
Laserjet II and have installed Apple's Asyncronous LaserWriter Driver 
v4.0, but I can't get anything to print.  I keep get an error message that 
the system can't find the printer.  I'm told to check to see that I have a 
printer selected through chooser.  I'm running a MacIIcx with System 
6.0.5.  I do get the test page to print off the HP lj II and have used the 
cable and printer with MacPrint, but I can't get the quality that I want 
with MacPrint.  I'm at a loss.
