I'd like to get some information as to quality of DAT tape media.  Audio
stores sell them for, say 1x and media vendors sell them for 2x.  Are there
any technological differences between them?  Has anyone had any good luck
with any particular brand?  Since the price is high, I'd be interested in
knowing what you pay for them.
