Subject: Ethernet based serial port expanders?

Has anyone ever seen such a gadget? I know there are terminal servers, but they usually
lack full control of the serial port. I'm looking for something that looks (software-wise)
and acts just like a serial port on a Sun and hooks up via ethernet.
