PC/TCP as it presently ships (v2.05) includes an SNMP agent.  I believe that
current production WIN/PC from Wollongong also has one.  I'm not sure that
any other DOS SNMP agents exist.  I believe that both the MIT and CMU freeware
SNMP for Unix packages include an agent.
