That is it gets stuck when the low order bits go to all zeros. A user has experienced this with another implementation and we want to know if others have seen this before. The other implementation is Lachmann, UTS, but I want to know if it has been seen with -this- one or with ---other--- implementations. Please reply if you have seen or heard of this bug in ---any--- implementation.
