Subject: HELP me get Apple video INIT (Macintosh)

I would like to give Apple's video utility INIT (as described in MacWorld, 
September 1990; p. 319) a try. The problem is, I don't have access to the 
sources listed in the article for obtaining the INIT.  I would appreciate
E-mail advising me of the following (in order of preference):
1 - A site where it can be obtained by anonymous FTP.
2 - A volunteer who could "send" it to me via the net.
3 - A volunteer who would send it to me by USPS if I were to supply disk,
    mailer, postage, etc.
Any and all assistance is appreciated.
