I'm trying to round up some ancient stuff which just doesn't seem to exist
in any of the places I know of.  They are:

	tvi (tvx?) editor, not the one on uunet.  I remember an editor with
	essentially an ed command set, but full-screen.

	JHU Forth, Princeton Forth.

	dpy display package--more efficient than curses, as I recollect.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
