I mean... what are they... 5 years overdue? >Just kidding. What is it? A year already... yeesh! Hardly a year. The A3000, which was the first (and currently only) machine to commercially ship with 2.00 was released in mid-June. As I recall, early estimates on the part of the software folks said "not before the fall" for 2.0 in ROM. That doesn't mean they planned to necessarily ship it in the fall, only that they didn't plan to ship it in the summer. "Late" means that a product is shipped some time after a publically and officially announced ship date, not when you first hear about it, or other such dates. As far as 2.0 in ROM, these guys are working hard at it. And you should be glad; every day you wait makes it that much more bug free and compatible with 1.3... -- Dave Haynie Commodore-Amiga (Amiga 3000) "The Crew That Never Rests" {uunet|pyramid|rutgers}!cbmvax!daveh PLINK: hazy BIX: hazy "What works for me might work for you" -Jimmy Buffett
