In an attempt to provide a little balance I would like to say that I recently purchased one of their KPTI 42 meg drives, with a trade-in of a 20 meg Epson drive that was broken. I recieved the new drive in just over three weeks from the day I shipped the bad drive out. This is not bad considering the fact that it was during the Christmas season and the normal UPS transit time between NY and CA is 6 working days.
