Try list
do list ? to see what else you can do with it. (my favorite is list since
yesterday after uucping myself a lot of stuff.)

Also under 2.0 list will report the current file size of a file that is
open (instead of "empty" for newly created files), this is useful to
monitor a file transfer in progress.
