A friend of mine bought a Tecmar unit which has a HD controller and 1 meg of
ram together in one unit. This was several years ago! At that time he traded
temporarily with a frien who had a Starboard 2 unit. Now he had to give up the
Starboard 2 and has the Tecmar unit back. He also has a Supra HD interface
with 2 HD's hooked up. All of this is on an Amiga 1000. Both units worked when
used seperately but he cannot gt the two units to work together. Does ANYONE
have any docs that covers the memory board portion of the Tecmar unit. He is
trying to disable the HD controller part and this seems to work OK but
everytime he addmems the memory a guru occurs. There are lots of dip swithes
on the unit but he does not know thier purpose. If ANTONE can be of help he
would apreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.
