I have a Data Products 2665 laser printer running the Apollo prsvr Print
Server. The printer has a "Letter" tray (for 8.5 x 11 paper), a "Ledger" 
tray, and a "Manual Feed" input. This is running from a DN4500 under
Domain OS version 10.2. 

MY PROBLEM: I want to print from the manual feed tray, so I can print on
heavy stock paper.

I can print (by default) to the "Letter" size paper, or I can use the 
"prf -paper_size b filename" command to print to the "Ledger" size
paper. Does anyone know how to get the printer to print from manual
feed?
