I have a need which I hope will not appear inapropriate.

I was a START subscriber (disk) for six months.  The subscription ended
in November '90.  When I recieved the October issue, the late one, it
was missing the disk.  I called START and they sent me the November disk
instead of the October disk.  I called back explaining the problem and
was told that they would send another disk.

I have yet to recieve the disk and I suppose that because I no longer
subcribe I may never get it.  What I would like to know is if someone on
the net could make arrangements for me to get a copy from them.  If not
the whole disk at least the D.A.Brumleave programs. I have two young
daughters who would appreciate it.
