I have the program Paint_Power, and have some files missing like
"SPClip" or something, but it works...

NOW:  is there some fancy little tool out there that might be a part
of the PBM package that will convert GIF files to PIC files (.pic files
are created by the Paint_Power program)?  And vise-versa?  It's too
bad that whoever wrote this interesting program didn't consider some
of the portability issues when he/she did it!
