I have literature for all of these printed out and I have the files on disk somewhere. If you know machine language it isn't hard to write up the simpler protocols (such as Xmodem and Xmodem-1K). Testing them is the hard part. Writing your own is probably the best approach if you want it to work the way you specified. When I wrote the protocols for Novaterm I used this approach so that I could standardize them all in the same format. The protocol doc files may be available on an FTP site, I don't know. If they aren't, and if there is interest, I can upload what I have.
