Message-ID: <1991Feb14.175846.2963@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu> Date: 14 Feb 91 17:58:46 GMT Sender: news@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu (News) Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 26 I got my Revision E replacement for the HP48sx earlier this week but I noticed that it was different from the Rev. A version... The keys are NOT "clicky" and does not provide a positive tactile feedback that was in my revision A machine...I noticed that all the keys were very "mushy" except for the 0 key and the ENTER key... I was just wondering if folks out there with Revision E machine also have this "mushy" keyboard feeling... I really liked the "clicky" feeling in my old machine and I'm wondering if I should get it sent back in for a replacement. I've always had this fear that "mushy" keys would mean that the keys would wear out faster than the "clicky" keys.... If this is so, then I'd like to get a replacement...
