(Heck, why not put the HP48 ASC-> and ->ASC programs on the disks too)? That way, all that whining about UUENCODE would be bunk, because you could ALWAYS transmit to and from your computer in binary, the format would not suffer from ASCII-EBDIC translation or what-not, and everyone would have the same programs anyway.
