I want to connect a third party X terminal to HP9000/400.

I got the source of xdm and compiled it but xdm won't work.

The files under /usr/lib/X11/xdm are set as I did  when I connected
X terminalls to SUN and SONY's NEWS.

Does anybody connect an X terminal to HP9000/400 successfully?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
