Keywords: Scanner Message-ID: <1991Feb14.075909.19689@engin.umich.edu> Date: 14 Feb 91 07:59:09 GMT Sender: news@engin.umich.edu (CAEN Netnews) Organization: University of Michigan Engineering, Ann Arbor Lines: 18 I am currently doing some work for a law firm that desperately wants to computerize. The senior partner was talking to some one who told him that there was a system to scan in documents/forms, fill them out, and then print them out. Is there such a hardware/software set-up? If so, they could greatly minimize the amount of paper forms they have to store and would minimize the need to use that ancient technology known as the typewriter :). Thanks, Eric Bennett P.S. Please reply by mail as I can't keep up with this group as well as others. /---------------------------/ R.
