Does anyone know how to alter the command keys?  For example, remove cmd-D
from "Set Transfer Directory", or add cmd-E to "FTP Enable"?  I've used
ResEdit to view the MENU resources and while they appear to be there, 
altering them doesn't affect Telnet.  Thanks.
