Pk., MD 20742 Lines: 19 After nearly two years of service, the Quantum 40 megabyte disk in our Mac IIcx gave out last week while my wife was working on a Hypercard program. After that, instead of booting, it just made some ominous scratching noises. We decided that this would be a good time to upgrade our disk capacity so she called around and found APS's 105 megabyte internal disk for $399. It arrived quick, was easy to install, and works like a champ. What's the problem? While waiting for the drive to arrive, the Quantum 40 came back to life. However, she doesn't trust it enough to use as primary storage anymore so we're keeping the 105 Mb drive and I'm going to try to turn the Quantum 40 into an external drive. Is there someone who can tell me what the pin-outs are on the power connector? Bonus question: What are the current ratings for each of the required supply voltages?
