I have a question.  I hope someone has an answer.  I am designing a catalog
system and would like hypercard to open word documents (or any other app.) i.e.
when a user clicks on a button representing an abstract it would open in word o
r a diagram icon would open a flowchart in inspiration etc..

I run the stack (under multifinder) and when word is not currently running it w
orks okay, but as soon as word is already open all that happens is I switch to
word, the document doesn't open.  Is this a bug, a non-existent feature, or
what ?  Is there a workaround ?  I don't want to have to run under the finder.
 I'd also like to have multiple documents open at once (maybe from different
apps.)
