Subject: Regions package in binaries missing part 2?

The intriguing 11-part Regions Package for HyperCard 2 is almost
finished coming up in comp.binaries.mac, but part 2 seems never to
have appeared.  The original author isn't responsible for this posting
and mail to the binaries moderator hasn't produced a reply.  Can
anyone shed any light on the status of this large binhex archive?  I
understand that it also resides at the stanford ftp site, but I can't
ftp.  Thanks in advance.
