Can someone please post a quick summary of the format of external libraries for
Excel and how parameters are passed?  Microsoft have told me to wait until
after version 3 is released and then the new version of the Technical Ref will
be available.

All I want to do is put an external file filter program into my spreadsheet, 
to simplify things for the user.

The Reference Manual gives a good idea of the format of the parameters in its
description of the CALL command but I need the format of the libraries, how
the resources are named and parameters passed (I assume probably by value,
like Hypercard?).
