In the ".r" files distributed with MPW 3.1 I find two constructs not
defined in the MPW 3.0 Development Environment Vol. 1 document
(Chapter 11 and Appendix D describe Rez and DeRez):

-- $$CountOf() function
   (Apparently returns number of elements in an array)

-- type 'dctb' as 'actb'
   (apparently an aliasing mechanism)

Are these described somewhere I've missed?  Are they described in the
MPW 3.1 documents?  Are there any other constructs that are new after
MPW 3.0 or not described in the 3.0 docs?
