Sounds like a call for MasterJuggler by ALSOFT, or Suitcase II.  I prefer
MasterJuggler, because it "thinks" about things like I do, but either one can
help remove the clutter of fonts, DAs, sounds etc.

Disclaimer: Just a happy customer with a severely uncluttered System folder
since getting MasterJuggler.
