Both Tao and NUJ are produced by volunteers. As such, publication on a
regular basis is next(?) to impossible due to factors such as time and
workload.

Robert Lin produces the Tao newsletter, and I know that Rob has been
extremely busy during the last several months because of development
and marketing involved in his own software package, MirageFAX (aka OpenFAX).
