Use anonymous ftp to uxc.cso.uiuc.edu and look in the cso/sendmail directory. There is a cf subdirectory that should have all the materials for a good example. Keep in mind, though, that you may wish to ftp *all* of the sendmail directory and rebuild sendmail for your machine because the cf stuff may not work with a version of sendmail that is backdated too far.
