Anyone have "Euler" (the math font designed for the
AMS by Knuth and Zapf) on the NeXT?  In NeXT-style
format (with font and .afm files)?  If not, anyone
have a canned script to convert hordes of .mf definition
files not to .tfm, but to NeXT-style postscript fonts?
