I am trying to get netware/vms to print to one of our LPS-40s but
I keep getting a netware operator hold placed on it.  If I remove the
hold, it re-holds the job in a few seconds.

connected printer 1 to an lps40 postscript queue
          with format=stream
The netware/pc side the print job is binary stream. (I've tried text)

Non-postscript jobs sent to the same lps-40 are ok from netware.
Postscript is fine from VMS side.
