Heflin) Organization: Naval Ocean Systems Center, San Diego Lines: 29 Summary: Maybe you can help me decrease the amount of research I will have to do. This is my situation: 2 (or more) 386 servers located in two remote spots, with disk storage of 300MB on one and 600MB on the other. I want to do FULL backups UNattended from either one of the servers or from a machine that is locked up (it may be a print server). I want to be able to backup BOTH servers from the same machine. The backup must be able to handle at least 300MB.. I don't have a problem with the print server/backup machine being logged in as supervisor. You recommendations (including price) would be most appreciative. Please e-mail your reply. If there is enough interest, I will summarize, or forward the messages I receive. I have seen lots of recommendation flying around here, but I didn't keep a copy of any, and I can't get them backoff this system. If there is a summary already stored I would appreciate a pointer in that direction. thanks in advance gregory heflin NAVELEX,SD 'Novell system administrator/installer/troubleshooter/scape goat by ABDICATION' -- -gregory Just my two cents which shouldn't make a flame, unless you rub them real hard.
