   I use the mailbox tool everyday when I log in...
   Recently, when my mailbox started up, I noticed a repeating
   message:

   mailbox: bad file number
   mailbox: bad file number
   ......etc.

   mail still works...but the mailbox no longer functions.
   any ideas out there?
