I have just put two files in the ~ftp/pub directory on vgr.brl.mil.  They
are:

 cmenu.tar.Z - a curses-based user-interface library (also simplifies
               windowing in curses.)

 ted-3.1.2.tar.Z - a simple full-screen editor with pull-down menus.  Requires
               the cmenu library.  This is a port of an editor I have been
               working on for 3-4 years now, and _should_ be completely bug-
               free...

 Hope someone likes them!
