	I am posting on behalf of another user.  He is having a problem
	using the setbell command in Pascal (the system is a 4D/20-OS
	3.3.1).  His code:

	var bellmode: byte;

	bellmode:=2;
	setbell(bellmode);

	compiles but a run-time error is reported:

	ERROR: CPS has not been initialized or server connection failed.

	Has anyone had this problem?  I suspect it is a simple problem.
	Any help would be appreciated.
