I am mailing for an associate here at AEDC.  He is starting to work on a
project in which he has to plot the 3-D x,y,z axes.  He wants to place
tick marks on the axes, as well as label them.  He want to know how to
treat the axes when doing a rotation.  (i.e. How to get the labels & tick
marks to rotate also?)  He was wondering if someone had any source code
that does this, and he said it could be in PHIGS, gl, or whatever.

Any help/response will be appreciated.
