I queried the net about hooking a TI microlaser printer to an SS1 and
finally was able to use the Transcript supplied printcap, a 4 wire null
modem cable [1 - 1, 2 - 3, 3 - 2, 7 - 7], with the printer configured as
follows:

          Pers Prt = 2
          RS232, 9600, 8, 1, no parity, xon/xoff - rbst on
          Xmit Disable = No
          Busy Offl = No.

The last two parameters were the sticklers, and they're accessed through
the Setup:Misc menu.
