I am trying to get a prime 200 terminal to work correctly.  I have many 
termcap entries that I have recieved from various places, and they all
have the same problem.  When in 'vi' if you use a ctrl-u to go up half a
page the terminal scrolls down one line and then prints about 12 lines
right on top of one another.  I set the terminal to display control chars
and the commands are sent to insert a line but they seem to be ignored by
the terminal itself.  Any pointers/solutions would be appreciated.
