Then awhile later he/she posted saying they had gotten good data, but it had been wiped out by a system upgrade. I would like to talk to that person.. My division has created a committee, who has been working very hard to define the role of a systems manager/administrator/operator and they are in the process of contacting outside agencies to compare notesand salaries..
