	It's definitely coming from a program being run by cron. Iw as quite
suprised to find out that cron reads your profiles (/etc/profile and $HOME/
profile). You might want to put an "if not a tty" don't do this stuff section
in your profile files.

	On the same subject I thought that the cron reading of .profile had
been taken out of sysVr3 because of security but it is there in AIX 3.1.
Also has anyone at IBM thought to fix the password type ahead and accept 
on AIX3.1
