I'm running AIX 3.1 (3002) and I've noticed a curious problem whenever
the system gets booted.  About 30% of the time qdaemon just doesn't
bother to start. (30% is, of course, a guess, I don't reboot often
enough for things to be statistically accurate. :-) )  Has anyone else
had this kind of problem?
