The number stamped in the middle of the card is CC-832. The P/N is 202013. I've had no problems using this card under SCO Xenix 386 2.3.3 or ISC 2.0.2 other than the problem with using IRQ 2 (9) with FAS 2.08. I have the full documentation and manuals for my AST board.
