The following keeps showing up in my message file from syslogd. Once this
message appears, in the log, I am no longer able to 'get' from within
ftp. 

Feb 14 14:19:49 shiva unix: NOTICE: growreg - Insufficient memory to allocate 
	                            368762 pages - system call failed

Any ideas on what this message means or how to correct what appears to
be a problem?
