One think nice about OS/2 is the ability to create a command line session
and invoke PM apps via the command line.  You can't do this with Windows.
Are there any PD programs out there that will:
	let me change directories;
	maybe set some environment variables;
	then launch a windows application???????
Basically, I'm looking for a WIN3 command line shell.
