Hi! Make a *.PIF for the program that you think employs the wrong behaviour (or edit the existing *.PIF). From the 'Advanced' options, the 'Reserve shortcut keys' should be checked/unchecked for PrtScr and Alt+PrtScr as desirable. Unchecking the box means letting Windows do the transfer to Clipboard Checking means letting the application decide (which often ends up to the DOS's standard behaviour, that's sending the screen to printer).
