Message-ID: Date: 11 Feb 91 16:41:07 GMT Organization: Class of '92, Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA Lines: 8 is there any way to speed up video output on Windows using software? like the what nnansi.sys driver does for DOS? i like to use the 800x600x256 driver, but it's sooooo slow, especially for text scrolling. this is pretty annoying when using a terminal program to do text editing. i am willing to sacrifice other valuable system resources like ram etc.any solutions/suggestions? by the way, my vidfeo driver is ATI VGA with 512K.
