Do you use windows 3 in ENHANCED mode (386 based machine) ??? Are you using one of those new-fangled memory managers to move TSRs and drivers to high memory and extended memory??? Here's your chance to show off you configuration prowness and show the world how to get a DOS window with the MOST available real memory, and still have full access to lan-based disks and remote printers!!!!! Let's see the configuration info on your memory mamager of choice, the amount of memory in your dos window and the lan client setup information. It killed Windows 3.0 because we run Thinlan here. I only get about 462K of 640K. If I removed LAN software, and Optimized using QEMM, I get 598K. This is on a Vectra QS 16 with 4 meg extended memory. Without QEMM or the likes you are only running on 4 cylinders. Good contest! Can't wait to hear.
