Use Hyperdsk instead of SMartdrv.sys.  Version 4.20 supports
the same ability as smartdrv.sys to give control of XMS 
memory to Windows when windows needs it.

Works well with QEMM, and there are 286 and 386 specific versions

It also caches writes.
